Responsibilities

  • Developing architectural drawings based on client feedback, project cost and time estimates of the project for final acceptance of client and top management.
  • Developing building plans, usually collaborating with design and architect teams and reviewing plans for construction projects.
  • Manage Contractors.
  • Planning and coordinating site architect work with the civil and electro-mechanic teams.
  • Reviewing & adjusting shop drawings.

Job Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in real estate and landscape.
  • Experience in architectural design, details, implementation, and managerial project construction.

Responsibilities

  • Review and study project documents (drawings, specs,).

  • Coordinate on a daily basis with the subcontractors, and prepare work requisition for the subcontracted works.

  • Generally responsible for implementations and monitoring of all electrical related works at the site.
  • Estimates prepare and assign resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc.,
  • Plans and analyses all possible construction methodologies and recommends the best options to the Asst. Project Manager for approval prior to execution at site.
  • Interprets construction drawings and studies the contract documents and applicable standards or specifications prior to the execution of any jobs.
  • Manages directly and provide engineering and technical support to all the electrical workgroups at the site.
  • Plans the execution of all electrical related works and coordinates the works to mechanical and civic groups.
  • Coordinates with Client / Consultant’s representatives for any site instructions and inspection of works.
  • Ensures that all the works did are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national or international standards.
  • To provide the entire electrical solutions as per requirement.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to and coordinate with Project Manager on all Mechanical issues in the course of projects including HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Fighting.
  • Review shop drawings, materials submittal, and method statements to ensure the smooth running of the project
  • Ensures all works carried comply with the mechanical drawings and project specifications as stipulated.
  • To make certain that all architectural drawings are in line and coordinated with other departmental design drawings prior proceeding with structural work and to highlight any discrepancies for necessary corrections.
  • Conduct site inspections to ascertain standards of safety and structural quality are being met.
  • Maintains job records, text reports and similar documentation.
  • Evaluate and recommend feasible construction methodology as per site conditions and as per contract requirements.
